Toyosu Market

The Toyosu Market is a large fish market located in Tokyo, Japan. It replaced the Tsukiji fish market and opened in October 2018. The market is built on reclaimed land in Tokyo Bay and is almost twice the size of Tsukiji, making it the largest wholesale fish market in the world. The market consists of three main buildings: two buildings for seafood and one for fruits and vegetables. If you’re craving a hearty breakfast after seeing all the fresh seafood, drop by one of the many restaurants at the market that are open from 5am to 3pm.

Sushi Masterclass at Japanese cuisine restaurant Oikawa

We will take you to Nihonbashi OIKAWA for a sushi-making experience at a Japanese cuisine restaurant run by Mr.Oikawa. Mr.Oikawa trained under Mr.Masaharu Morimoto, a famous Iron Chef, and worked as a chef at his restaurant in Roppongi, Tokyo for two years. You will learn from him to make 10-12 pieces of seasonal fish in nigiri.
